Brought my child in with severe face trauma, had to wait in the waiting room for hours waiting to be seen. Triage nurse was rude and dismissive. Only seen a doctor for a few minutes and was discharged with open wounds on my child’s face. And still hit with a massive ER bill for waiting in the waiting room.
The service was very bad. My daughter was sick, and I had to take her at dawn. There was no room available, and the wait was very long. They didn't explain it to me, nor was the room full. There was a very sick child there waiting who had been waiting for over an hour. I didn't like it. If my daughter had something serious, she would have died waiting there.
Came in to the ER with severe G.I.pain and had to wait while patients not in distress were taken back.i understand limited beds and staff, however no consideration to pain level was taken into account for treatment. I will give a heads up to the security officer on duty who had more compassion than the staff......
Good to know if a baby falls over 3-4ft while being I. Someone elses care and you go to the er they’ll have you wait 3 hours while the baby keeps falling asleep and crying.
Best care ever recieved in a emergancy department. Quick compassionate care without over looking things. Which wasn't my experience with their competitor in town.
