I will NEVER GO BACK. I was refused a store wide sales discount because I didn't give my phone number or email.

This is quite an unfortunate misunderstanding! My new employee was simply trying to tell you about our rewards program (it's a seperate discount program), and as she stumbled though the verbiage, your lack of patience never gave her the opportunity to give the anniversary discount (which has no qualifiers) because you did not purchase anything. Our rewards program is tied to a customers email and phone number and it rewards them a point for every dollar they spend. At certain point levels, the customer receives coupons. This... read more
