First time here. Will def return. Communication was easy, didn't have to chase anyone down, turn over was 1 day, price is fair. Really don't know how it could have been better.
This is my 4th time having John at ProMechanics repair my cars. One time for my son, 2 repairs for my daughter’s cars and now for our 2012 gmc terrain. All repairs have been completed successfully the first time. If you are looking for a trustworthy, experienced and professional shop, look no further. I highly recommend ProMechanics. I had to pull out terrain out of another shop due to lack of professionalism and knowledge of car repair and outrageously expensive estimate. I highly recommend John, the owner. He's easy to work with, finishes jobs quickly and affordably, and has a lot of knowledge.
Highly recommend! John is trustworthy, very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and he gets work done on my cars super fast. Grateful to have such a great mechanic.
