I booked the Hydrofacial Deluxe as a gift for my mom, expecting her to have a more complete and relaxing facial experience. Unfortunately, the service was just okay. The treatment was advertised as a 1-hour deluxe hydrofacial, but it started around 11:10 and ended around 11:50, so it felt shorter than expected. My mom also mentioned that she did not feel there was a proper facial cleansing step before the treatment, which I would normally expect to be included in a deluxe facial.
