Very disappointing experience. I paid $152 for 60 units of Dysport, but it had almost no effect — I still had full forehead movement. I’ve done Dysport before (same number of units) and always had great results at other clinics, where a follow-up was included. Here, no follow-up was offered. The injector, Steele, kept saying they don’t make money on Groupons and refused to do a touch-up. I do not recommend this provider — especially with a Groupon. Poor results, dismissive attitude, and no patient care follow-through.
I had an awful experience with this office. I was reassured i would "love, love" the outcome yet 2 weeks after injections i went back into the office in an effort to have some revisions and was greeted with a horrible attitude. Amy and "the manager" basically proceeded to bully me in the room so much so that i walked out.
