Ken is a lifesaver literally most of my power went out and I went through different Electricions who were dishonest and just tried to charge for the worst scenerio possible without even taking a look to much in the issue . I was completely confounded by my experience with Ken and this company. I was met onsite to review the work and promised a quick estimate. When I followed up I did get an initial text response, and then complete radio silence. Repeated phone calls and texts went ignored. I was nothing but a consummate professional in my communications. Crickets.
