After several futile attempts to purchase a cylinder head for my '92 Ford pickup, i found PROMAXX Performance Products & man do they deliver. I called them, actually got to speak to a human being, not some automated bull, and i got the part ordered. Customer service said it couldn't be shipped until the next day, which I was notified the next day that it had been shipped & then the day after it was shipped it showed up in my yard. Absolute perfection! Highly recommend. I'd give them six stars if they had them.

I've wanted a set of these guys' cylinder heads for years and finally had a chance to get some, only to be surprised to find out that they were only about an hour away from where I live and I was able to pick them up in person! Their man in charge of sales, Steven, was super knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions when I was placing my order, and he even carried the heads out to my car for me when I picked them up. Do Not Buy From This Company I paid $1,500 for a CNC ported Ford 300 head from ProMAXX and it showed up cracked near a water port and bolt hole. I hadn’t even torqued it down — just set it on the block — and found the damage. When I contacted them, instead of standing behind their product, all they did was blame me. After spending this much money and waiting this long, I expected accountability, not finger-pointing. At this point I can’t recommend them — if you get a damaged part, don’t expect support.

Promaxx is league's above the competition, Comp cams, edelbrock group, Not even able to talk to a tech person, Pac Springs I am still waiting on a call back, One can have no doubt they are to satisfy thier customers.
