Ordered weight room equipment for my business and received excellent service from design to installation. The equipment is durable and hope to utilize for years to come. Added bonus the racks are made in the U.S.A.!
Paid $200 for pads to be remade and they were made incorrectly not once, but twice. I haven’t heard back on a solution for their 2nd error now. They received exact measurements and exact machine yet still made it wrong. Edit to respond: Photos were sent via email as well as measurements. Attaching photo from emails sent with photo and measurement verification.

Great Customer Service with parts after purchase. Tiffany in Customer Service is always positive and helpful and gets my parts orders out in a timely fashion. Recently I ordered some new pads and covers for a couple of our machines at the gym, and the quality of the upholstery work was really great! Makes the equipment look brand new and it was very affordable!
