ProMaxima has exceptional customer service. I received a call from Gary a few days prior to my delivery to walk me through the process of delivery and set up and then I received a phone call after set up to make sure everything went according to plan. Delivery went smoothly and the two technicians that delivered and set up the racks and benches worked very efficiently to get the job done on time.

We’ve spent well over $12,000 on equipment with your company, including our most recent purchase—a cable machine that came with delivery and installation. Not long after using it, we noticed a constant knocking and an uneven pull. When we removed the plastic cover, it was obvious the cable had been installed incorrectly.
