Rude and condescending. I have a complex job, as it’s a large job inside an indoor pool room with 20 foot ceilings over a pool (which requires consideration for humidity and frequent splashing). We contacted Frank from ProMax to look at our bedroom furniture that had some damage from our recent move and damage on one of our nightstands. He came in said that he could help and make it look good and not such an eyesore. Well, he did and his son, Max, did an awesome job. If they couldn’t fix it, they would have let us know.
