I had an urgent leak in my upstairs bathroom that was coming through the ceiling, and ProMax was able to come out the very next day to diagnose and fix the issue. Their team had excellent communication, was friendly, efficient, and very considerate of our budget throughout the process. Working with both Evan and Todd provided seamless experience of replacing an existing gas fired water heater with a SANCO2 external heat pump water heater. This required a lot of new plumbing runs and cleanup of the existing water heater. They also did an excellent job of working with the electrical contractor. The quality of the workmanship was top-notch and I would easily recommend them to others for their plumbing and water heater installation.
