Our 12 year old water heater stopped working while we were out of town over the holidays. ProMax was recommended to us by a friend. I received a quote within an hour of sending them an online message. We checked with two other places and ProMax had the most reasonable rate, and they were the one that could come out the quickest. These ProMax guys came out to run propane line for a generator install. They gave a significantly better price than the local plumbers I’ve worked with previously on projects. The staff were authentic, friendly, and so knowledgeable that they gave a fair price and saved us a ton. If you are getting a generator installed you need to work with the partnership between Fjord Electrical and ProMax Heaters & Plumbing! Both these vendors are great guys with fair prices.

Promax water heaters & pluming did a fantastic five star job! Owen did a great job replacing my hot water heater. He was on time, very professional & knowledgeable, and did a great job. We’ll definitely use them again if I have any other plumbing needs.

Working with ProMax was simple, effective and professional from the first phone call to the ending the job, all in less than 24h which included resourcing a more specific water heater that is not typically available in stock! Everyone was friendly and direct towards getting things done. Impressive work!
