I needed my aging water heater replaced and ProMax nailed it! Immediately responded to my quote request, worked me into the schedule, and got the job done, communicating everything every step of the way. Can't recommend them enough!
I had an urgent leak in my upstairs bathroom that was coming through the ceiling, and ProMax was able to come out the very next day to diagnose and fix the issue. Their team had excellent communication, was friendly, efficient, and very considerate of our budget throughout the process. Working with both Evan and Todd provided seamless experience of replacing an existing gas fired water heater with a SANCO2 external heat pump water heater. This required a lot of new plumbing runs and cleanup of the existing water heater. They also did an excellent job of working with the electrical contractor. The quality of the workmanship was top-notch and I would easily recommend them to others for their plumbing and water heater installation.
Evan was extremely friendly and professional. Arrived on time and finished within the timeframe he provided. He took the time to answer all my questions about the installation and operation of the Water Heater. 1 day after installation, hot water is working fine.
Fantastic company. Had got a quote for a new water heater a while ago from them but decided to hold off. Water heater went out unexpectedly and they were able to fit us in that day to get us back with hot water. Both plumbers that showed up were very courteous and the pricing was great. Will definitely use for future needs.
