My experience while working with ProMax Water Heaters & Plumbing was fantastic. I had them re-pipe our commercial building. The process from the very start was above my expectations. I discovered that my water heater was leaking Saturday morning and started calling around. Promax were the only ones to respond and I had a new heater that afternoon. Great customer service and a quality install. I’d use them again if the need arises.

My experience with ProMax Water Heater's & Plumbing was very good and informative. I've had the pleasure with speaking with them in regards to my broken water heater tank and they were able to help me with selecting a new one that was right for me. Fantastic experience. Great communication up to my appointment. Arrived on time and the project was completed quickly with very high quality and attention to detail. They replaced the water heater and also upgraded some water shut off valves that I was concerned about. Highly recommended. I have used them at both my house and my condo and they have always done a great job. Highly recommended.
