Todd and Evan were great to work with. Our job was a bit challenging due to access constraints, but they worked through it and delivered everything as promised!
What a gem of an experience! Our water heater failed and within minutes I was speaking with Todd at ProMax going through options. They were able to fit us in the very next morning. Owen was the installer and he was professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job removing the old system and putting in a new Bradford White heater. Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally professional and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Definitely recommend!
