Do your research before renting or using them as a management company. Don't expect to get your deposit back regardless of how good the house is, unless you take them to court. I was charged for stuff their maintenance workers did as well as damage that was there prior to is moving in. Yes I had proof and I have lawyers involved. Also, when this company conducts inspections make sure you are home. They will go through everything from your closets to your dressers and it's not 1- inspection or even biannually. If I could give this company a zero, I would. This company is unethical and very shady! They deducted over $1100 from our security deposit. They deducted money for "detailed cleaning of the entire home". I know this is untrue as we hired Molly Maid to clean our townhouse the day before the check-out inspection and the Promax agent who came to take pictures commented how clean our house looked for having rented for 5 years! They also deducted $95 to replace light bulbs - and they said they replaced 25 bulbs! I still don't kno... read more
Promax is VERY lazy when it comes to maintenance. It takes them VERY long to respond to anything. VERY VERY poor management. As a future reference I would NOT recommend them at all.
