Beware of Russ Koch of ProMax Foundation Repair and Construction...I contracted with him for a remodel.. He took 9500$ for an a/c deposit...never ordered it . He took 8500$ for windows I never got...they were never ordered . He took 7500$ for Hardie Plank that I never got. Not only that he didn't pay the A/C contractor for preliminary work! Also had to have much of the plumbing work redone because it was done wrong. Foundation unlevel and some of the walls not plumb and square...
I would not advise using Russ Kock with Pro-Max foundation repair and construction. He did some leveling on our home and we specifically requested extra bracing under the washer and dryer. He did NOT do this. We contacted him numerous times to finish the job after he left the job in Mid-December. In February I made contact with him and he said he would be there the following week. Never came.... In March I again made contact and he said he would be there on Monday or Tuesday of the following week...never came. I have been ca... read more
Russ from Pro max took over $3,000 from my family on a construction project to buy special order windows needed. He never provided the windows and never completed projects paid for. After months of attempts to communicate with him to try to resolve the issue with no response, we were forced to move forward and consider all legal action available to us. I would not under any circumstance recommend hiring Russ or has company Pro Max to do any project due to the integrity issues he demonstrated.
