Left a message on Friday and Tuesday but no one got back to me so can’t comment on service but wish they were more responsive. I prefer to support local but just went to dealership and booked my appointment for next day.
Larry at ProMax has always been able to fit me in his shop . His rates are great and his work has always been on point!
A Chrisrmas miracle.. its 1pm on Xmas eve, I have called several mechanic shops in the area due a sudden vibration after returning from Mt Washington with the family and headed to Victoria. Everyone is closed or closing. Lawrence was my last call. He met me at the Jingle Pot pub where it was diagnosed to be a failing brake caliper. He had an event to be at in a couple hours but still took it on and it allowed us to carry on home in 2hrs. Service like this is so very rare. Highly recommend these guys.
Replaced my engine by Pro Max automotive 2011 Toyota matrix , they sourcedthe engine from calgary and installed very professionally. Larry was on top of everything. He made sure, we get the car within time as committed . Car is Driving fine now thanks Larry and the Team for your great work. Please go to this awesome people!
Excellent customer service. Technicians with expertise but also have “human” side of them. Quoted very reasonable, compared with other service and did the job promptly. Happy to come back as a happy customer 😄 Update: I did come back! Honest technician!
