Today was a challenging day coming home from an up island camping trip with my truck and 22 foot trailer. My radiator decided to split on the hottest day of the year. I was in a pickle. My first call was to ProMax and Larry answered the phone and immediately agreed to help. My truck was back on the road within two hours of arrival and we had a courtesy car as well! Larry is the kind of guy you can feel confident bringing your vehicle to for any needs. Honesty, reliability, and service are in full effect at ProMax.
Amazing service and so friendly. Super short notice they were able to get me in same day and get my car repaired. Would always recommend!
Left a message on Friday and Tuesday but no one got back to me so can’t comment on service but wish they were more responsive. I prefer to support local but just went to dealership and booked my appointment for next day.
Larry at ProMax has always been able to fit me in his shop . His rates are great and his work has always been on point!
A Chrisrmas miracle.. its 1pm on Xmas eve, I have called several mechanic shops in the area due a sudden vibration after returning from Mt Washington with the family and headed to Victoria. Everyone is closed or closing. Lawrence was my last call. He met me at the Jingle Pot pub where it was diagnosed to be a failing brake caliper. He had an event to be at in a couple hours but still took it on and it allowed us to carry on home in 2hrs. Service like this is so very rare. Highly recommend these guys.
