Both my car and my friend’s car have been making noise that didn’t exist before our services. I returned several times, and the boss suggested that changing the differential oil would fix the problem. The boss claimed it wasn’t his responsibility to change the differential oil as part of the service. So, We paid extra to have the oil changed, but the noise persists. Despite paying extra, the problem remains unresolved.🙄
