Kip is a gem. I sent him an email from another repair shop and he went code by code giving me a detailed breakdown of what needed to happen!
The only place to go to get your Promaster serviced!
Kip and his crew were super helpful, super knowledgeable, and super accommodating of my crazy schedule. They spent time to help diagnose a transmission-related issue. Kip was professional and really took the time needed to help me. So much appreciated! Also bought his app and it's awesome.
Kip was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and was able to help us get back on the road.
Kip is a stand up dude. I've learned a lot from his videos. When there wasn't a video about my specific issue I emailed him and he talked me through it. I wish his shop was closer! Thanks again sir.
