Great customer service!
Kip did a great job of explaining to me what my options were regarding an engine replacement. The problem is that the dealers just want to replace parts, there is much less interest in seeing if the item can be recovered. But Kip went out of his way to provide a thorough explanation. I am very thankful to Kip.
