Alex was fantastic. Fixed a storm door that was damaged by a severe storm. He was friendly and courteous. He came the same day I called. I will definitely use this company again. Price to fix was fair and reasonable. I recommend Pro Master Home Repair. Thank you Karen

They've completed 2 repairs for me, and the first one (fence gate repair) was completed straightforward. So when I requested a second repair of a spigot, I was told he could handle it. He ended up replacing the spigot and damaging the piping which had to be replaced by a proper plumber. I wish he had said he was not qualified to replace the spigot instead.

Excellent response times and as a single woman I was very comfortable having them in my home for two days of repairs. They fixed two damaged ceilings beautifully, can’t even tell they were ever cracked and stained. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable.

Alex and his team at ProMaster did a fantastic job addressing issues we had at our office building with weatherproofing multiple doors and replacing drywall to address the start of a mold issue. Very attentive and went above and beyond! Would highly recommend them!
