Honestly never had a issue with Promaster , seems like they always helped me with my strata company , quick and efficient at a surprisingly good rate too I wouldn’t go to anyone else I always feel first priority whenever there is a issue
The inspector arrived 1hr late for a 10 minute job in November 2024. I paid my $2200 invoices instantly after the services, then 7 months later Michelle Camilleri sent me another $253 invoice. Instead of offering any explanation and apologies for the inconveniences, Michelle threatened with debt collection.
