The reviews look a bit disappointing. I rang Joe at 5pm this evening explaining our situation. Our fire doors were compromised. And the fire gauge directly to our lift and my apartment. Flooded all the top floor. I spoke with him. And he assured me it will be attended to tom. I will keep at his word. As he never disappoints. Thanks Joe.
Really good company went the extra inch when they didn’t have to highly recommend
Do not use these guys, they are overpriced and will not show up to appointments with out any notice and will expect u to pay for a no show when you do the same to them. They are butchers who damaged alot of the frames they installed their doors into
This is the worst company the are never on time and very unhelpful. There is no excuse for being late. This is just wasting my time. If I could give half a star I would
Promaster have always helped me with my strata company , quick and efficient at a surprisingly good rate too I wouldn’t go to anyone else I always feel first priority whenever is a issue
