Since before I started at my current job, the company used PROMAS. When I started, many companies were "courting" us. Being new, I didn't feel any loyalty to PROMAS, so I listened to their pitches and we considered changing companies. Fast forward 3 years. When anyone calls, I tell them no thank you. Upgraded to version 12. Program has functions that do not work without paying an outside source to code for ACH transactions. Also some modules won't work on 32 bit system. We were not asked what system we had before the upgrade. Now it's up to us to upgrade our operating system. Buildium is in our future! Not happy to of used this product for many years to update and be told it's our problem. Not good in a world where news travels fast.
