We recently had our 30 year-old wooden deck completely renovated by ProMark Landscaping, Inc. using Timber Tech products throughout. The completed project is well beyond our expectations. ProMark was by our side from design to execution. The workers were courteous and arrived each day at the agreed upon time. Edit* Credit where it's due, ProMark did contact me, and responded to my first response to their response, still waiting to see if I get a follow up on my follow up. Unfortunately this contact, while very polite (which was a pleasant change from being talked down to by employees and ignored by management) did not result in a satisfactory conclusion to the issues presented below, and I would still strongly recommend seeking out a different company for any of your landscaping needs, one that doesn't accept third party permissi... read more
