JD from this company convinced my 78 year old widowed mother that she should pay them $1275 to install a condensation pump. This is a $60 item and fifteen minutes of work to connect it to the AC pan, run a $5 plastic tube to the washer drain two feet behind the pump and plug it into the wall socket. I've gotten a couple of quotes and they have ranged from $200 to $300. My mother told me about it and I said she needed to ask for a refund.
