Over a period of more than 10yrs I have purchased many Proma airconditioners approx 9 with no issues whatsoever im happy with them
This business ripped me off. I bought a portable aircon unit, which arrived with broken wheels and a broken hose connector. After weeks of contacting them they gave me new wheels, but the hose connector was never fixed and (as an altenative) the unit never replaced. It was unusable inside as it would have leaked condensation water everywhere so after months of contacting them and being ignored I threw the unit out.
