I don’t think this exists anymore. Have wrong multiple numbers on here and their website, emailed them over a week ago and nothing. Either they don’t exist or as one persons noted, worst customer service ever
worst customer service, had so much problems but never had response back for my calls and messages. impossible to talk to some one all calls go to voicemail. use any other brand but not these guys. save your time and money
I've used Proma services for two different Split Aircon installations. Proma team was very professional and responsive for all quaries. Their onsite team was very humble and exp to do their Job with highest quality. Team even query for few other things which was not their scope.
