Beautiful dresses, terrible customer experience. Earlier this week we came in without an appointment and were allowed to try on dresses with no issue. Today, we were suddenly told that an appointment was required to try on long dresses, despite the store being completely empty. The inconsistency makes absolutely no sense, especially when you’re trying to shop for a prom dress on a time-sensitive schedule. Nice dresses and staff was nice. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a nice dress for a good deal. The kind gentleman who works their gave me a discount and even without the discount all the dresses are affordable.
