Highly recommend this nail salon, formerly ProLux now Y Nails and Spa, now under new management. The ladies were so great, this was my first time here as i wanted somewhere close to work that i could go over my lunch time. I received excellent service on my pedicure & I returned the next day for my nail fill, with design. They have an awesome sale going on now for 30% off all services. Don’t really understand some of the bad reviews. I’ve gone a few times and always had a good experience. I walked in a few minutes after they opened on a Saturday and they fit me in. Both ladies were lovely. I’m really happy with the set I got, and I think the price was good. I’ll absolutely go back. It looks like they’ve done some updating since the last time I was there. It looks nice!
Made my appointment three weeks in advance. Showed up and the owner is doing someone’s nails and tells me to comeback at 3:00? Zero respect for peoples times. Not even an apology. Worse customer service I have ever encountered. Don’t waste your time and find a better place. Keep in mind this is my First time here. Even called first thing to confirm my appointment time the day of the appointment. I walked out when she decided to continue doing nails after I said I couldn’t comeback.
