Save your money.It only works for maybe a year, and then you're back to right where you were when you started. Not a permanent fix for incontinence. I was disappointed it didn't work longer.

Emsella chair therapy for urinary incontinence. When it was recommended to me, I was initially skeptical. However, the 30-minute session proved to be very comfortable. I was informed that it serves to tighten the muscles, thereby preventing embarrassing or accidental leaks when laughing or sneezing. I got shockwave therapy for my chronic bilateral plantar fasciitis and WOW. Hyrum knows his stuff! I wasn't seeing very much progress after the first two sessions, but with the right shoes and five sessions in, I'm blown away. The muscle group has loosened up SO MUCH and it's much easier for me to be on my feet. I'm extremely thankful to have had his help. Their shockwave machine is magical and I'm thankful to have had their expertise.
