My first experience with Prolong was nothing short of amazing. I purchased a lash cleanser kit to pick-up. I was in the middle of renovating my lash studio and was struggling to find the time to collect (I accidentally tried to collect on a Friday when they are closed) I called up a couple days later and spoke to Gigi explaining my situation and Prolong happily shipped me my order the next day free of charge and I received it two days later.
