Throughout my time working here it was very clear that the Latino community had an upper hand because our manager/ supervisors were also Latino (Rosa and Idea). You could see with the Latino workers she would talk a lot more, give us breaks or she won’t be constantly watching us with everyone else it was more so harassment and deadlines they had to meet or they would be fired.
