They are really helpful, and awesome. Some of the friendliest people I have had a chance to work with!
I don't think they really give people a chance. I understand the client dictates what requirements they want. I went to change my password to update my profile and the site said my application was rejected and would not let me update. I called and was told it was because I didn't have any warehouse experience in the last 18months. That part is true but I do have plenty of past experience in that area.
