First visit and gentleman name Mark helped me with the stuff I needed. He provided excellent service and the prices are fairly reasonable in the market
Called three times. First time talked to Joe, said he was going to send me a quote (order was around 8k- not small) no quote ever came. I followed up twice and zero response. Not impressed! I finally called edge wholesale direct (aldergrove) and they beat the price drastically and sent me the order quote in under 5 min.
Mark Kochan is super disorganized, unsure of most things and seems flustered all the time.
