This was a cool company. I made alot of money here. Kinda sad to learn they went out of business.
It’s tough to say an alarm company is phenomenal but in this case it’s accurate. Great products with large variety, fair pricing, friendly staff, and periodic check ins to make sure your system is working how you want it to and of you have any questions. Wouldn’t use or recommend anyone else.
I live in Colorado and a Prolink crew was in Denver selling security systems for Monitronics, now Brinks. When I found out that I had signed a 5-year contract, which Matt Hinze (the seller) had not disclosed, and was deciding to cancel the agreement, Matt offered to lower it to three years. Well, I tried to cancel the service because of the end of the term and Brinks just said that my contract was never for three years but five! Very dishonest people!!
Technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. If you’re looking into getting a system I’d definitely recommend going with Prolink!
