Very disappointing experience. During my massage, Rachel’s phone kept ringing and she was using one hand to massage while using the other to text or check her phone. This is extremely unprofessional and made it impossible to relax. The quality of the massage itself was also poor. On top of that, the environment was not relaxing at all you can clearly hear street noise as there’s no proper soundproofing.
