My 1st mistake was taking a travel assignment with Prolink..it's still costing me money!! HR Dept. is basically unreachable, text messaging is your only contact via recruiter because no one will answer the phone regardless of day or time, payroll cannot compute simple math and will have you chasing every check, i could go on & on...I would give a zero if applicable! Most likely one of the worst travel companies this side of the Mississippi!!!

Great company to work for with great benefits! I love my recruiter Sonya C.! They always find me the best contracts and are quick to resolve any issues. My paycheck is always correct and they really make you feel like they have your back every step of the way. They also reimburse licenses without problems!! My favorite company I’ve worked with so far!!!

I have worked with ProLink since Spring 2020, Crisis Response. I am never surprised with a hidden caveat. My recruiter is responsive and I work with him well. ProLink has shared increases in Contract rates with it's Nurses. One contract I received 3 rate increases because ProLink received them. Some companies do not pass this along. I appreciate their fairness. Working Crisis, I have had early cancellations of contracts. It's the nature of the beast. But ProLink has my back. I have worked on and off fulfilling contracts for years with Prolink. My first recruiter must have spoiled me. This time around has been very frustrating. The compliance officer is probably one of the most important people in the process of getting clearance for a facility. This time around, I have not been able to speak to my compliance officer even once! All calls to the number she provided go directly to e-mail that says simply "please leave a message."
