Prolink was helping me in my job search. Specifically Lindsay Kearns was the person working with me directly and she was an amazing recruiter. Very nice, professional, and had great communication skills! I would definitely reach back out to them if I was in search for employment again.
Avoid this company at all costs. This is the first and absolute last time I will ever work with Prolink. I'm currently on an assignment with them and have had nothing BUT CONTINUOUS issues all revolving around pay. Perhaps it's my recruiter, Kirk Berry, who is the one constantly giving me the run around, or his higher ups, but regardless it's been nothing but issues. I did a contract with Prolink from March 2025-June 2025- I received bills for the lab portion (almost $400) of my required pre-employment testing. Twice I submitted the bills to my recruiter and to compliance who assured me they would handle it. When the third bill came and I reached out yet again to my recruiter, to more than one person in compliance, to HR and any number I could find to find assistance I was completely ghosted. NO ONE returned my calls or emails!
Shawncey is hands down one of the best recruiters I’ve ever worked with and I’ve been a nurse for many years, dealing with numerous agencies. His knowledge and approach set him apart. My 1st mistake was taking a travel assignment with Prolink..it's still costing me money!! HR Dept. is basically unreachable, text messaging is your only contact via recruiter because no one will answer the phone regardless of day or time, payroll cannot compute simple math and will have you chasing every check, i could go on & on...I would give a zero if applicable! Most likely one of the worst travel companies this side of the Mississippi!!!
