This guy does not belong in the business world. I was one of three people that had appointments and the guy never showed up, never called, never acknowledged the people waiting for him. I dropped my car off shortly before lunch and went to pick it up at about 5 expecting great results. Nope, guy never showed up for work. What makes it worse is the guys at Freidmans Audio and the Art of Tint said this guy does this 2-3 times a month. He does not deserve the company he runs.
