If I could give Proline Plumbing 10 stars instead of just 5, I would. Starting with customer service Patrick worked me in to an already full schedule. Then came a show of good business practices and business ethic. I told Patrick I had a badly clogged drain and thought it needed drain jetting. Patrick told me that he'd check to see exactly what was wrong and advise me as to what was needed. He did just that. I noticed that my drain was backing up in my laundry room one evening. I called proline plumbing because I had used them in the past and really liked them. I told them the situation and they told me they would see what they could do. It turned out they had a technician who lived a block or so away from me. Even though it was 6:00 pm, the technician came over and fixed my drain. I was so grateful.
