All I can say is not a great outfit . No follow up service at all and rush through their installations. Left plumbing work behind as well as a leaking roof, which was not discovered until the next rain.
After what felt like a neverending story of woe regarding our old AC, Proline installed our new Good Guys purchased unit for us today. I couldnt be any happier, the 3 man crew that did the job were professional and polite, it was a pleasure having them here. Will always have Proline in mind for any other AC jobs in the future.
I had James and Matrix attend to my air con unit for an inspection. Both were friendly and professional from the minute they arrived. James was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. Would highly recommend their service :)
Had James, Matrix and the apprentice (sorry I can't remember your name!) Come out and install my aircon yesterday and did a top notch job. Efficient, very respectful, polite but still with humour. Did hear some great singing at one point . Highly recommend.
After 15 years of being installed our air con system finally showed an error code. Had seen lots of recommendations for Proline on FB and also seen them recommending other companies for things so thought I'd give them a try. Rachael who took my initial call was very friendly and efficient booking the site visit in and telling me the pricing. James and Matrix have just been and fixed it within 20 mins of getting here.
