ProLine installed a new Kenwood Audio receiver in my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica last year in 2024. My old stereo had died. They did a very professional job. One year later in September 2025 something went wrong on the unit. I brought it to them and they said a wire had gone bad in the back of the unit. They fixed it free of charge. They give a lifetime warranty on the installation. They stand behind their warranty. I highly recommend Proline. They are a very professional company.
Save yourself time and money these guys don't care about the customer just the money they can make I spent over 2k for installation and also purchase after market speakers from them and the don't have a clue what they are doing the installation people are not certified professional just around the way guys who know a little about installation, but with the new era types of computerized systems they don't have a clue, I refuse to let them touch my audio system again, I'll pay for qualified installer to undo the damage they ca... read more
