I used ProLine for a previous major damage accident and recently for a minor accident and both times the quality of their work regarding fit and finish were excellent.
Love this place. Very grateful for their help and getting my work done on my car quickly. My car was getting work done at the local Mazda dealership and unfortunately a customer hit my car in the parking lot. Mazda recommended working with Proline and they handled the work quickly and made sure I got in my rental ASAP! I primarily worked with Camille and she is great with customers. I appreciated how proactive she was with making sure everything was an excellent experience. Highly recommend!
Very overdue review: Amazing from the start, super friendly front desk staff. Super clean office and facilities. I had a scratch on the driver front wheel trim, as well a a slight scruff on the front bumper. I had taken my car to 4 different places for a quote, 3 of which charged within the $1200-$1800 range. Most of which were concerned with the extra work to remove the scuff from my front bumper (which was very minor) as they were worried about sensors and re-calibrating. Spencer was alot of help and informative. I had Tesla front end damage and they were very thorough in helping me repair whatever needed repairs back to factory specs. Pricing was good. I recommend at least bringing your car there to see for yourself to compare servicing. Waiden Mar
