Very professional and friendly people who work there, especially Ronald! He gave me an honest and thorough estimate for my vehicle damage which I greatly appreciated. I initially went to Tesla Burlingame for my repairs but they informed me they don’t do any repairs for cosmetic damage and they told me they send their cars to this auto shop for repairs. My car was in the shop for over two months for getting Tesla M3 parts but Proline was very professional throughout the whole process. They called and provided me with regular updates, worked with my insurance company, and even gave me a Lyft ride to their shop to pick up their car. The repair quality and paint job made the car look like it was brand new. If I were in an accident again, I would definitely come back!
