We agreed to buy forklift, and signed all the financing paperwork after they ran our credit, only to be told that it will be 2 months before it arrives (we would have shopped elsewhere if we knew it would take that long). We weren't happy about that, but we had no choice but to wait. The 2 months goes by, and we email our rep Karlie and we don't get a response for another 2 weeks (after several more emails inbtween).
