Brandon and his team are superstars. I had a spring pop mid-morning on a Friday and Matt and Joseph arrived soon after lunch. I had a 30 year old garage door and motor (I got an education on expansion springs, which are apparently ancient!). Matt and Joseph laid out all of the options and let me decide which option I felt was best for my needs. We had an issue with our garage door and I wasn’t home. Pro lift showed up within 30 minutes of me calling, fixed our issue, and inspected everything else to make sure my family and I would be safe. They were unbelievably fair on price for their service, professional, and very efficient. Should another garage door issue arise down the road, they will be my first call. I would recommend them to anyone.
Prompt service, clear communication and guys did a great job. Let me know the issue I was having and the remedy. Also scheduled the repair and showed up when they said. Doors are much quieter and open very smooth. Highly recommend.

The technician, Matt, was personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. He looked in a couple of places for a part that was needed for my garage door and was responsive throughout the process. Great people and service.
