My garage door was installed by Prolift a bit less than 2 years ago and recently broke. They responded quickly and their repairman was professional, pleasant and through. He didn't limit the repair to what was broken, but tightened up cables not involved in the breakage. The best part: It was under warranty and the repair cost me nothing.
Jesse was excellent. On time, knowledgeable and got us back on track with our garage doors. ProLift uses quality parts and does the job right. Will use them again
