Excellent service; repaired door within a few hours of call. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would have given them 5 stars but for the only issue: more expensive than I imagined, but with no experience in such work, not an unexpected point. Considering the door is 15 years old, with no problems before, it was certainly overdue. Will consider ProLift's annual inspection/maintenance, which may have prevented the problem.
So far I have been very impressed with ProLift, and Jesse Utz! Repair of my door has been quickly scheduled and the estimate is very complete.
Amon did a great job with the garage door install. I was even more impressed with his communication throughout the process and he always answered every question I had without talking down to me. He’s top notch and I highly recommend his work!!
Technician was friendly, professional, and very quick. Highly recommend.
