I had to take an appointment on a Sunday. Jesse was fantastic about calling ahead to alert me that he would have to come later than scheduled due to 2 back-to-back emergencies he was tending to. He did get to me by the hour he had predicted-and diagnosed my malfunctioning garage door and fixed it very quickly. I recommend this firm and Jesse in the highest possible terms.

I called Prolift to schedule a tune up on our garage doors. They came out the following day, gave a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving and arrived on time! Our technician, Amon, was very communicative. He explained what needed to be done and went over it before he left. Very professional yet friendly. We will use them again for future garage door needs!
