I called at 2:00 pm on a Saturday and the technician was there at 3:00. Diagnosed the problem and completed the repair before 4:00. There was no emergency charge because they are open to 7:00 on Saturday. It could not have gone better,

The opener’s travel limits are set too tightly: the door slams shut at full speed instead of slowing, which risks damage to the door and garage contents.
Terrible experience overall! The team made several mistakes, and when I asked for help, they are dirty service.
