Matthew and his team came today. They were very professional and courteous. They did the job quickly, explaining everything in a clear and concise manner. There were no hidden extras, the price was reasonable and best of all I was given a genuine discount at the end for showing my flyer!!! I will certainly call them again. Thanks Matthew and Prolific! Professional!!!! Matt and his team came on site within hours for my toilet leak through our ceiling. Went above and beyond fixing the previous plumbers abomination of incorrect fittings and silicon to hold pipes together!! Matt sourced all the correct fittings from multiple suppliers and installed the toilet correctly. No leaks no mess Matt’s attention to detail and obvious care in his workmanship is fantastic and hard to find these days Highly recommended
