The entire team from the boss to the installers very professional and worked hard to be flexible and find what we needed for our remodeling project. Beautiful vanity was provided for our new master bath. They communicated effectively, met deadlines, were flexible, positive, and whenever we visited were hospitable and treated us like family. Would totally trust and recommend this company. The Cortes family is super content. 100% satisfaction.
Prolific installed an island with drawers in the main bath and custom made a cabinet for the beverage fridge in the great room. Both exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with the results! They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. The staff is easy to work with and Brian especially was exceptional at providing great customer service. We are thrilled with our new cabinets!! Thank you Prolific!!!
Beware - the contract says that they only have to do 95% of the work and will have to be paid in full. They never finished the job and we had to pay a handyman to finish their job. There was no communication between workers and the project took much longer than expected.
I had my kitchen and master bath remodeled by Prolific Cabinetry and I'm in love! They have many material selections in their showroom to choose from. This allowed my husband and I, with busy schedules, not to have to run all around Jacksonville to find what we liked. Big time saver! After meeting the owner of Prolific Jack, he introduced us to Bryan the Operations manager.
