Great experience. I received bodywork from AJ and she was quick to get right to my issues, checked in throughout the service to make sure I was comfortable, and I felt SO much better when I left. I highly recommend!
A friend recommended Sara to me and she did wonders ! She also referred me to a PT, which was what I also needed. I really appreciate Sara and she also now sees my husband. I plan to continue seeing her post big running events. She’s amazing ! She’s also very knowledgeable and provides great feedback .

So, this might be a bit of a long read, but bear with me. In 2010 I fell off a motorcycle at about 120mph (on the track, not on the street). The resulting tumble broke all my toes in my right foot, and ruptured tendons in my left foot - which ended up being the major, long term, damage.
