Made my son an appointment. Due to an a family emergency we had to cancel. The cancellation policy states you must cancel within 12 hours of your appointment. I cancelled 18 hours before our appointment. One of the staff members, charged me a $25 no-show fee anyway. “SammyCuts” refused to answer both emails I sent asking for the fee to be refunded as I followed the cancellation policy. Have had great hair cuts here, however I have seen barbers show up late while at appointments and had my appointment this morning no-showed. I stayed a half hour after my appointment was supposed to start before I left. Sent a text and called both were not responded to. Would have preferred the appointment not have been accepted.

Incredible work! Crazy how confident you can feel after a simple haircut. Vitalli was able to do that for me. He did an amazing job because you can tell he truly loves what he does! Incredible detail work, best haircut I’ve had in years. Thanks Vitalli!

I am impressed. I have always gone to the discount check-in online hair cutting businesses. This is a completely different experience and the value of the price is warranted. I got a haircut, beard trim and my barber, Justine did a great job. Will be going back for sure!
