Growing disappointment surpassed only by the HORRIBLE customer service. We have utilized Proliant for Payroll services for over 6 years. In the beginning we moved to their platform only because they were the only payroll provider who had a tracking platform to keep us in compliance with the complexities of the Affordable Care provisions of Obamacare. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. As an employee with a company that utilizes this service I am not allowed to change my password (it is controlled and maintained by employer) which contains my checking account information along with my SS#. I can not change my email address either and because they (the employer) set up my password (and it is unique compared to the ones that I would have chosen) then I do not have it.
