Consulted w/ Dr. Ruffin on December 2019 to get his opinion following a 15 year-old ear surgery (the surgeon having done the surgery had retired). My question was "how are patients doing w/ similar surgery?". I wanted to know what to expect down the road. The office told me they still had the surgery records. The staff is excellent and personable. They make you feel at ease and have true care and concern for their patients. They gave great explanations everystep of theway and gave plenty of time for the patient to ask questions. I felt I was in great hands before during and after procedure.
