Very pleasant got right on time didn’t have to wait. Dr? was very pleasant. The nurses were all very pleasant. It’s a good place to go.
Absolutely amazing! My daughter is not a fan of doctors of any kind. Dr.Fong and his staff were so amazing and helpful and was able to help my daughter his staff were so understanding with her and so warm welcoming! The front desk lady is so kind and took her own time to come talk to my daughter and explain to her what was gonna happen to fix her ear and did her best to cheer my daughter up! 10/10 would recommend this office for any of your ENT needs!
Knowledge, friendly listened to my concerns I did not feel rushed.
