Everyone was very friendly and helpful! They got me in super quick, like two days after my referral came in, which was a nice change after waiting over a month for a referral in the first place. Everyone in this office, from the lovely receptionist to the nurse to the resident and to the doctor, were all super kind and helpful, and I was able to get answers to an issue I’ve had since I was a kid. These guys rock!
Dr. Fong was excellent. He covered everything.
His wait and see approach resulted in permanent hearing loss in my child. Do not recommend!
