My mother had surgery for a broken ankle on Monday August 25th 2025 they fumbled the ball on getting her prescription for pain meds ready for me to pick up for her at her regular pharmacy that night after surgery instead admitting their mistake and sending me to a pharmacy near by the hospital so I could get it quickly. I have had excellent service from Proliance Surgeons and their staff. I had a total shoulder replacement surgery in May and I am now lifting weights and have experienced remarkable improvement in my overall strength. I had the worst experience of my entire week when the Proliance office told me verbally over the phone that it is okay to donate blood but if donation center calls them they cannot give a verbal confirmation that it's OK to donate blood. One statement contradicts the other and makes absolutely no sense.
