I have had excellent service from Proliance Surgeons and their staff. I had a total shoulder replacement surgery in May and I am now lifting weights and have experienced remarkable improvement in my overall strength. I had the worst experience of my entire week when the Proliance office told me verbally over the phone that it is okay to donate blood but if donation center calls them they cannot give a verbal confirmation that it's OK to donate blood. One statement contradicts the other and makes absolutely no sense.
