No wonder it is only 2.3. Appointment got canceled a day before because the doctor went to emergency. The front desk told they called me but they actually didn’t call, but only messaged me a day before. They refused to reschedule me soon, only saying that the sonnets appointment is a month later. So ridiculous
Rude and disrespectful staff harassing people because they can’t figure out their own billing. They will regularly tell you to just wait a few days for their online portal to update because they send incorrect amounts the first time. Then, proceed to threaten collections. Imagine if you spent even half the time harassing people on phones on actually creating a consistently correct accounting system….y’all might actually turn into a respectable company one day.
What kind of ultrasound practice doesn’t let dads in?!?? What a joke. If your OB office has other relationships, ask them to schedule elsewhere. And before they respond with the “due to the recent surge” response, think about it. Couples spend every day with each other, what does this measure prevent? If one parent has Covid the other does too. Dumb policy.
