Working with Proliance has been a great experience so far. From Claudia explaining everything about the roof installation to Arizbe in the office keeping me up to date. My brother is also doing the roof with them.

PROS: First thing's first, Proliance is a real, reputable company. It's sometimes hard to discern whether these places that come knocking on your door out of the blue are legit or not (like some of those bug companies that do more harm than good). Proliance is your first step (public adjuster portion) toward getting your new roof, hopefully paid for by your insurance.
